PERFORM Research Featured in Procedia Computer Science

In October 2020, Robert had the opportunity to present part of his work at the International Conference on ENTERprise Information Systems (CENTERIS 2020).

During this 3-day hybrid conference, under the leitmotiv of Enterprise Information Systems, academics, scientists, IT/IS professionals, managers and solution providers from all over the world had the opportunity to share experiences, bring new ideas, debate issues, and introduce the latest developments in the largely multidisciplinary field embraced by the Enterprise Information Systems (EIS), from the social, organizational and technological perspectives.

Robert presented a case study highlighting managerial and departmental differences in the perceived influence of touchpoints on brand perception and their implications on effective company resource alignment and goal fulfillment.

This work was now published in the Procedia Computer Science Volume 181 and can be accessed here.
