Partner Organisations of PERFORM do not host ESRs, but provide their insights for the benefit of ESRs in multiple othter ways:
- Partner organisations are industry partners that provide secondments to ESRs. In these secondments ESRs can apply their research results to real world environments. Thus partner organisations provide test beds to apply developed methods, technology or systems and observe related outcomes to evaluate the research efforts.
- Partner organisations take part in training events. They will provide lectures and courses based on their specific expertise.
- Partner organisations will provide company visits at the training events. ESRs will get the opportunity to look behind the scenes to observe how state-of-the-art knowledge in the field gets applied in real professional environments. ESRs will have the opportunity to see how these companies operate and speak directly to quality managers, who are experts in the field.
