Topic: Digital Retail Reference Scorecard and Visualisation
Project Description: Analytics provides many opportunities by collecting, analysing and discovering meaningful patterns in data. The aim is to develop a set of key performance indicators that assist Digital retail companies to identify business opportunities and analyse their operations and investigating various visualisation techniques for Digital Retail. (Method: Qualitative (Case Studies), Software Implementation, Usability Testing)
Researcher: This research project will be carried out by ESR 12 Gültekin Cakir.
Host Supervisor: This position is supervised by Dr. Markus Helfert. Markus Helfert is the Director Business Informatics Research Group Science Foundation Ireland, Maynooth University. He has significant experience in Smart IoT Environments and Information Systems. He is SFI Funded Investigator in Lero – The Irish Software Research Centre and Lead Researcher for a Project within Insight – The Analytics research Centre. His research, featured in peer-reviewed journals and widely in conference participation.

- Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich (under supervision of Markus Hofer), in month 24 for 4 months, for ‘testing Retail Reference Scorecards and Visualisation’.
