The project Kick-off meeting took place the 23.01.2018-24.01.2018 at Dublin City University. All beneficiaries were present and discussed administrative issues to to lay the foundation for a successfull project.
Under the lead of the project coordinator DCU the beneficiaries discussed project goals, work packages, deliverables and milestones. In accordance with the grant agreement all committees were established, a timetable to prepare deliverables was set up and further actions were defined. The next actions mainly focus on recruiting, which is already under way, but will be intensified leading up to the end of the first call for applications and the recruitment workshop. At this workshop we will conduct the first round of interviews with candidates to fill our PhD positions.
We had two intensive days of planning and are satisfied with the results. We are well prepared for the upcoming intensive recruitment phase.
